RECEPIES & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Vera Game Day Nachos

    1. Heat a pan to medium high heat and add oil.

    2. Once hot, add a 6 fl oz scoop of Vera Taco Crumbles. Cook for 2 minutes until protein of choice reaches 120F.

    3. Grab an 8x8 TOGO container.

    4. Add tortilla chips OR Flamin’ Doritos if the customer chooses.

    5. Add cheese on top of the tortillas.

    6. Add 3 (2oz scoops) of Crumbles

    Toppings Style:

    *Game Day (cilantro, fresh onions, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream).

    Prep a side of queso (2oz container).

  • Vera Empanadas

    1. Mix chorizo crumble, sofrito, chickpea and olive oil

    2. Add 1 tablespoon of the chorizo mixture to each 5’ empanada dough circle.

    3. Fold in half and use fork to seal the edges

    4. Fry for 4 min at 350F or till golden brown

    5. Wait for it to cool, cover it with plastic wrap and freeze it.

  • Vera Zingy Tacos

    1. In a bowl, add tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper, Mix all ingredient together until well incorporated. Pico is ready to serve.

    2. Heat a pan over medium/high heat. Add oil and cook crumbles for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

    3. Layout tortillas on a flat surface. Place crumbles at the center of the tortilla.

    4. Top with fresh pico de gallo.

    5. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.

    6. Tacos are ready to serve. Bon appetite!
